Sir Keir Starmer plans to press supporting countries to supply Ukraine with further extended-range weaponry to hit Russian targets during talks in Britain on Friday.

Sir Keir is set to welcome President Zelensky alongside the so-called "coalition of the willing", comprising numerous of Kyiv's partners who have agreed to grant Kyiv security guarantees once hostilities pause is arranged.
